MECHANIC

We design, manufacture and assemble the housings for our machines completely in-house.
Windings and insulators for our metal sheet based flat welding-transformers and output filters are also produced by us with machines we manufacture ourselves. Our machine housings are mostly made of Aluminium sheet, which is fully automatically stamped out and bent semi-automatically by our mechanical production department. Clinch nuts and bolts are inserted by hand. The housing parts are coated in a neighbouring company and then returned to our production.
