Motor control

Motor 62
Motor control with 200W
The Motor62 is a circuit board for connecting customer wire feed units to our system. It serves as a closed loop controller for various BLDC motors with Hall sensor or incremental encoder. The Motor62 has inputs for wire forward, wire back, gas test and torch buttons, for water and gas sensors, can control two gas valves, one of which is proportional, has an electrically isolated component contact input for cold wire applications, a direct communication interface to our power sources for microMIG and an interface to the Front Pull 9. The Motor62 can commutate brushless DC motors field-oriented and cogging-compensated according to various motion profiles. The Motor62 is designed to control 24V or 32V BLDC motors with up to 8A.
Front Pull 9
BLDC control with 200W
Front Pull 9 is a combination of two circuit boards for connecting customer wire feed units close to the welding torch with optional rotary feed-through to our system. On a surface area of just 47.5 * 33 mm², the Front Pull 9 Controller can control 24V or 32V brushless DC motors with up to 8A with Hall sensor or incremental encoder in closed-loop operation. The Motor62 has inputs for wire forward, wire backward and guest test buttons and an input for a collision contact. Front Pull 9 can commutate brushless DC motors in a field-oriented and cogging-compensated manner according to various motion profiles.

Motor 61
The Motor61 is a circuit board for connecting customer wire feed units to our system. It serves as a closed loop controller for various DC motors with incremental encoders. The Motor61 has inputs for wire forward, wire back, gas test and burner buttons, for water and gas sensors, can control a gas valve digitally or proportionally, and an interface to the Front Pull 8 system.
